Under either scheme a used vehicle can be no older than 3 years old from the date of manufacture. Under the Transfer of Residence or Gift Scheme, to qualify you must have stayed outside of Pakistan during immediately preceding 3 yrs from the date of import. However under the Personal baggage scheme you must have stayed outside of Pakistan during the immediately 7 months from the date of application.
